Meet Darek & Mel, a husband and wife duo with a combined background in fashion buying, business development, supply chain and customer service. The idea started whilst Mel was on Maternity leave with their first child in 2021 and planning their daughters Christening. Mel splurged on a Dolce & Gabbana outfit for their daughter that was worn maybe two times at most, which prompted the thought, "there has to be a better option, she only wore it for a few hours". As adults we often splurge on luxury pieces from time to time, but, we consider them investments because we will wear them again and likely won't grow out of it. Children on the other hand are constantly changing and growing every few months and so it begs the question, why buy when you can hire!?

Once their second child was born they decided to take a leap of faith and start something they were passionate about, and so, The Little Wardrobe Hire was born.
